Our Restaurant
1111 ONES (pronounced “ones”), a fine-dining restaurant tucked away in Central serving mesmerising modern-European dishes. Crafted by Chef Chris Chan, the tasting menus feature global ingredients of the best quality, inspired by culinary experiences. The relaxed interior resembles the warm and rusty hues of the Arizona Desert’s Antelope Canyon. 1111 ONES was named the overall winner at the 2022 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards.
Main Dinning Area
There are 8 counter seats viewing the open kitchen with a unique close up experience as the chef reassures our customers with how every dish is made professionally.
We also provide window-side dining tables and semi-private room that can accommodate 4-5 guests.
VIP Private Room
The VIP private room can accommodate up to 10-12 guests for the best dining experience. Every detail shows the designer concept based on the Antelope Valley, providing guests with the highest degree of privacy.
