The seasonally led menus of 6-courses (HK$1,288) and 8-courses (HK$1,588), have both been created by Chef Will Leung with inspiration from award-winning Landscape Photographer Kelvin Yuen. Each dish celebrates modern reimaginations of Cantonese and Hong Kong classics drawing influences from personal experiences and beautiful landscapes around the world.
